The Force Unleashed is out of control. I just played the demo for the PS3 and it is ridiculous. The levels are pretty much completely destroyable. I tossed a squadron of storm troopers out into space. I cut a Walker in half. I threw a pieces of the ship hanger I just destroyed into a Tie Fighter. This game is beautiful. Camera control is meh. Thoughts?

Looks good, sort of makes me wish I had a console - but I'll just stick to the DS release, when it comes out.

Agreed. I was one of the unfortunate few to view Clone Wars at midnight a few weekends ago... I booked it out of that theater ASAP. Such a terrible attempt to resurrect Star Wars. Lucas has said Star Wars (this most recent saga, and Clone Wars) are more geared toward a younger audience, but I think he's just trying to cover his tracks for making mediocre (and in the most recent case, horrible) movies.

Lego Star Wars was surprisingly entertaining, and I've been thinking about picking up Force Unleashed. Anyone know if the demo is out for 360 yet? From the interviews with devs that I've read, they say its basically just about kicking maximum ass using the Force.

So the movie sucks then? I haven't seen it yet. The game wicked tight thought. My force powers>every enemy in the game.

my thoughts are almost the exact opposite of this. the force controls felt clunky, the environments looked good but the boxes and stuff were worthless because it is easier to just run up and hack and slash and there are countless other games that do the hack and slash better. The force push knocks the enemies over but does minimum damage, the lightning does good damage but only to a single target otherwise it spreads out and does little damage. So it basically boils down to run in and hack and slash, or knock them over and hack and slash. If there is one or two enemies left you can use lightning to kill them but over all I was less than impressed.

And the demo should have gone up on xbox live the same day it went up on psn.

The major problems with the movies is that they let Lucas direct them, and the ones he directed are the worst.

Looked amazing when I first heard about it a year ago and watched them toss R2 through a wood pannel like 15 times to demonstrate the destruction idea. The Stuff will never break the same way twice, bad guys will yell and scream for help even grab on to each other

With the recent sales charts, I'm not surprised it's not coming to PC. (Go blame piracy) BUT B4 you guys call me a console fanboy, have some faith, Lucasarts will proably port it next year. Downloading demo on XBL right now.

No it deosnt suck, not a classic though. People are just jumping on the hate the new thing band wagon as always

Nah, they're all pretty average as movies, weak storylines and characters.

The best thing to come out of the episodes I, II and III is the Battle over Coruscant.
